Nicola Coppen

Nicola ‘Nic’ Coppen is the Managing Director of Diligence, a Project Management Consultancy registered in Dartford, Kent, but with projects across England and Wales.

​Nicola is an Infrastructure & Utilities Specialist with experience in both the Public and Private Sector. Working at the Ministry of Justice, Nicola assists HM Prison & Probation Service (HMPPS) and Contracts and Commercial Management Department (CCMD) with guidance and support for expansion of existing and new build properties within their estates. 

She supports Ministers and collaborates to ensure challenges are resolved swiftly and cooperatively with Utility Providers and Infrastructure Contractors.
