  • Founder

    Following a conversation with a networking buddy who described a problem they were experiencing in their business, Philip designed what is now Compliance Tracker in 2016. Version 3.6 came out in February 2024

    He enjoys finding simple solutions to solve business challenges, having spent a lifetime designing and implementing software in organisations of all shapes and sizes.

    Martin’s experience in B2B marketing on a global level has allowed him to support Philip on the journey that is Compliance Systems.

    Founded in 1999 by MD Andrew Cope, Evergreen Computing specialise in building bespoke software solutions.

    Philip met Andrew in 2018 and commissioned Evergreen to build release 2 of Compliance Tracker from the ground up.

    Evergreen have been responsible for all subsequent releases of the software and provide a backup support service for Compliance Systems.


  • Business Development

    Lucy has worked in marketing within the education sector for more than 10 years, including with colleges, independent schools and adult education settings. Coupled with her recent experience of Ed Tech and SaaS technology platforms, this puts her in the perfect position to work with us on business development and marketing.

    Lucy enjoys all aspects of marketing, particularly the strategic side, and is delighted to be working with Philip and Martin to grow Compliance Systems.
