At the start of 2022, King Edward’s School, Witley started using Compliance Tracker, a regulatory compliance management system, to track all compliance across the school estate.

King Edward’s School Witley, a large mixed boarding school in Surrey, previously managed compliance across their estate with paper files and documents; a time-consuming manual process with no automated reminders or current status monitoring.

We took their data and built this into Compliance Tracker.

It alerts them ahead of time of all upcoming inspections, safety audits, training needs and equipment servicing. A simple dashboard updates them on every facet of their estate management.

Examples of what is tracked includes Legionella testing, checking emergency lights, boiler servicing, CO2 testing, asbestos inspections and much more.

All supporting documentation can be uploaded into the system, so the evidence is on hand to support any audit or inspection.
